Let me tell you a little about my journey.
It all began in Jersey City, NJ where I grew up under the shadow of the Big Apple. I attended City University of New York, Baruch College in NYC destined for a career in business, but decided shifting curves and economic theory weren't my cup of tea. I eventually settled on a concentration in corporate communication.
I needed some vigor, so upon exiting college I entered the hospitality and events industry. I first began in event staffing, working mostly with caterers and event venues to execute staff placement and service production. I quickly realized that I loved the excitement, exclusivity, and even the occasional stress that comes with event production.
Since then I have participated in projects ranging from product launches, R & D showcases, store launches and openings, to throngs of weddings and bar mitzvahs. Major projects have included JP Morgan, Nickelodeon, PepsiCo, AOL, and the NY Times. For me, the most pleasing part of any project is client reaction; when I hear the subtle yet audible, “wow”, I know I’ve done my job.
